What free software for mac can do color accent and swap?
I am thinking about getting a Canon camera, but unfortunately it doesn't have the cool color accent or color swap modes. What software for mac will do this and is free?

Mac has iPhoto on it.
Use it.
Unfortunately, there are not that many free programs for Mac computers .. not a large enough customer base to make it worth it to the programmers.
